A Creatives Crafty Christmas List

Being creative is my form of self-care. It makes me feel happy!

As I wrote my Christmas list I realised that many of the items were creative, so I thought some of you maybe looking for inspiration and I would share.

I know there are only 5 days to go, but I know some of you shall get Christmas pennies and they may even go in a January offer.

If like me you like creative gifts, or you are looking for a creative gift for that someone special, here are my Top 6.

Happy Fabric Christmas Box

I love Happy Fabric, I found it a few months ago, I’ve completed a few projects.

The great thing about the Vinyl is that you don’t really need anything new at home, simply an Iron, scissors and the Happy Fabric Vinyl.

The Christmas Box is the perfect starter kit, or add to a collection it comes with Vinyl, templates and some pre-cuts.

Cotton Clara Embroidery Kits

I bought myself a small one a while back and was shocked at how successful I was at it. They make the kits so that anyone can use them, everything you need comes in the pack and at the end, you have a beautiful plaque.

Mollies Makes Magazine Subscription

I think a Magazine subscription is a gift that keeps giving. Mollie Makes brings so many new projects in one place and usually comes with a great free gift to make.

Macrame Plant Hanger Craft Kit

I found this on Not on The Highstreet, it is something that I have always wanted to try and this set looks like it might actually be easy to do and I love that you have something nice for your home at the end.

Paper Christmas / Emily Dawe

Emily sent her book to me as a gift but I had to share as it is perfect for any crafting level. There are projects suitable for the kids, or to make tasteful decorations for your home. It is a steal and does not really require anything expensive to make the projects and nearly all of the projects are not just for Christmas, I will share with you in the New Year when I make some of the marbled wrapping paper.

Cricut Explore Air 2 Machine

This is definitely a more pricey item but the projects and uses are endless. You can use the vinyl mentioned above in them for a start, also Emily’s book has projects which can be made easier with it too.

This machine can cut over 100 different fabrics, writes, scores and more. It is a must-have for any lover of craft, I myself have started a little saving pot and it is my promise to myself to have it in 2019.

Do let me know if there is any other crafting items you think I would love, I am hoping I may have a few pennies to treat myself in 2019 and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram as 2019 is my year of being creative.
