Frame It Friday // Copper Frames

Sorry for the delay in getting the first real Frame It Friday up, with sickness and then a weekend away (oh yes away sans kids) it all went pear shape.

But here we are and I am excited as I have some lovely posts ideas and people’s walls to share with you over the next few months.

But as always my eye was looking online the other day and spotted some lovely Copper frames, yes this Copper crazed lady of the past 10 years is carrying on into 2016 and I thought I would share my top 5 I have spotted online this week as I know a fair few of you are Copper goddesses too.

Top 5 Copper Frames
1. I have a copper double glass frame like these from Oliver Bonas, I think they are great for vintage treasures or a beautiful Black and White Photo. The reason I chose these from Not On The Highstreet was for the Filigree finish, such a pretty detail.

2. The simple dimpled effect on this frame from House of Fraser is so stylish, it stops it being a boring plain frame and I love the bright copper tone. It is also available in every size you could think of and they are currently on sale.

3. The Frame It Fridqayarchitectural nature of this frame excites me, at first I thought it was just a stand alone frame but they also can stand proud from the wall, I would love a couple of these to showcase some pictures of Ashley and I from over the years. Available at John Lewis in several finishes too.

4. Similar to frame 1 these are the plain finish, I love how petite these are, like in the picture above they would be great for framing some little decorative items, like the flowers or some vintage postage stamps. Grace and Glory, £4.50.

5. Wayfair is always the place to look for any homewares and this beautiful Paisley-style frame is a frame you would pick for that special photo, from your wedding or a vinatge photo of your grandparents maybe?

So those are my top 5 picks, which do you like best ? Don’t forget to head back every Friday if like me you love everything about Frames and what goes in them and if you have a special frame in your home you would like me to share drop me an email.
