Fashion // Croc Bluewater Store Opening & Review

You may remember a couple of weeks ago I posted a quick pic of a wall of brightly coloured Croc Shoes, well that’s cause I along with Ashley and the babies were lucky enough to be invited to the new Croc’s Store opening in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

I was over the moon, as not only did we finally have a PR event close to home, but I had also been trying to convince Ashleyto let me buy Addison her first pair of Croc’s for weeks, I knew he would have to succumb in their store.

We were taken to the front of the Croc’s store which I must say straight away stands out as bright and airy, Ashley and Grayson after the official ribbon cutting were 1st through the door, Croc’s have changed their concept for their shops starting with the Bluewater Store, they have returned to their roots, using materials and designs that remind you of being near the water, the store has a light airy feel to it, you feel relaxed shopping in store, they have achieved a great shopping experience with the layout too, having clearly defined sections for Women/Men and Children, with adequate seating to try shoes on each department (a rarity now a days) as well as space for pushchairs.

I was blown away with the choice Croc’s now have to offer, I shall be honest I am a fan of the original Crocs Clogs (sigh if you wish) I find them very comfy in the Summer, I also love them on children especially getting to choose all the little “Jibbitz” that can accessorize them. I knew Croc’s had widened their shoe choices but I had not realised they were over 300 styles to choose from.

I loved seeing the little children’s trainers (which Grayson shall be having a pair of for sure) along with mini deck shoes, colour changing clogs and flip-flops all for little feet, they are made wide with growth room too so no damaging those precious little toes.

Ash a self-confessed hater of Croc’s was eating his words when he saw the mens range, he was spoilt for choice between great looking deck shoes and trainers that mirror other high street designs using Croc’s technology. He chose a great pair of trainers which he shall be talking about on his blog shortly.

Croc’s very kindly asked if I would like a pair of shoes to take home and try out, I was over the moon, a lovely pair of shoes for me, I thought my choice would be simple but I wondered around for over 20 minutes questioning which pair, in the end Ashley treated me to a second pair as I just couldn’t make my mind up.

I loved the pair of Wedges I chose, come on be honest you would never have realised they were made by Croc’s Right ?

They are one of most comfiest shoes I have ever worn, I kid you not it is like walking on air, they have the same feeling and comfort as the standard Croc Clogs but with gorgeous design and as you can see here on a night out on Holiday I think they make my outfit look just great.

I also brought home a pair of Ballet Pumps which equally are beautiful to wear, I have wide feet since having my children but neither shoes pinch, they are light and feel like you are walking on clouds and in these past few weeks with the weather in Britain the pumps are excellent as being rubber material they can be worn in the wet and they don’t get ruined.

So huge thanks to Croc’s for a fab day out and lovely shoes, I hope people realise that with 10 years experience and a huge range of comfy shoes for all seasons Croc’s are a market leader and should not be ignored.

Myself I shall be heading to Bluewater for the A/W Range as I am desperate for these boots which are simply stunning, I saw them on a member of staff there and with Leggings/Jeans/Tights they are gorgeous.

Don’t forget to head over to Crocs UK’s Facebook Page to keep up to date with info about new shoes and stores.
