Well I promised I would be back Tuesday and here I am, participating in my 1st week of ‘The Big Momma Challenge’
So where to start, basically after having Grayson I lost alot of weight but over the past year with all the stress of life now with our many problems I have gained 4 stone and am bigger than I have ever been in life. Not only that I am hugely unfit and I ashamed to say at 29 years old I can barely even climb a flight of stairs.
So I joined Weight Watchers and have set myself the realistic goal of a loss of 43 lbs, which would take me down to 14st (yes I have admitted my weight I shall leave the calculating down to you).
Don’t get me wrong by no means will this be easy, I have dieted for many years and I struggle and more so now than ever.
For those of you who don’t know I have a little boy with several medical conditions, this means between work and his appointment schedule there is no me time and no exercise time, so I this week have been thinking how to help myself get some form of keep fit and then it hit me.
Goals for this week.
1. Eating – Make sure as best as possible only eat my 25 points a day WW allotted, no cheats.
2. Exercise – Overcome my stair issue, climb my flight of stairs at least 20 times a day.
Simple challenges but I think that is how I have to start.
So here goes, I shall be back next Tuesday with my update, oh and by the way I only loss 1/2 lb this week at Weight Watchers, but something is better than nothing.
