The Home Life Project // March 2016

A photographer I am not, until this weekend I had not even picked up a camera (other than my iPhone) in months, but that does not mean I can not enjoy capturing the every day at home.

The lovely Claire of Maybush Studios has created Home Life Project inspiring you to look to your time at home and picture the natural images of your day and share them with the world, so here I am doing just that.

I love the idea of this project and how it allows you to remember the everyday, some would even say the boring, but for us being at home is all to common in the Winter months as outdoors is too cold for the Superhero, so I am excited to document this time and remember the little things.

This month though it has fallen on Mother’s Day so a little different from the norm, but not all too much…

My day started in the early hours with Grayson, but then once the Hubby got up with Deacon at an ungodly hour I was left to have the most wonderful lie in and was woken with my first ever Breakfast in Bed from my 2 little terrors.

Breakfast in Bed

We continued our day at home with the usual activities, a nice long bath, playing with toys and crafting. Instead of having lunch at the table we decided on an indoor picnic.

The day finished with wind down for the younger two and a bath for Grayson, followed by cuddles.
