What I Am Rocking #22 // Specsavers Edition

When it comes to style, I believe my Glasses are as important as my outfit itself.

I like to make sure I treat myself to a least one new pair every couple of years.
So when Specsavers asked me to have my eyes checked and pick out some frames I was quite excited. To be honest I have not looked in Specsavers for many years, the last time I did they didn’t have masses of on trend choice and were a little pricey.

How Wrong I Was

After a very comprehensive eye test, I headed off to pick some frames, wow so much choice.

Ranging from £30 upwards in every colour you can imagine, there is even several racks of designer labels to choose from.
I spent quite a while trying on and swapping, but eventually went back to two pairs that really offered something a little more stand out that I like.
Which two would you have chosen ??

They just don’t work on your face, the fit is not good on your nose.

This was the response to pair 7 which I loved the roundness of, some may take offence but I liked this about Specsavers, it is really important that glasses fit well as we all know nothing worse than something uncomfortable, especially when it affects something as important as your vision.
I couldn’t pick between my two favourites so decided to treat myself to the additional pair (pair 2), considering they were under £90 with the lenses it was well just, within a week I could pick them up and start incorporating into my outfits.

I have only worn the blue pair a few times, as my Winter wardrobe does not have enough Blue, but the Twiggy Mother of Peart pair have been my go to.

A review of Specsavers and the fashionable retro inspired glasses they have to offer from Innocent Charms Chats

I love how they complement my hair and are a true neutral but not dark on my face like Black.

These are my favourite glasses for years, so comfy and although not the funkiest shape the colour means they are noticeable, as let’s be honest you can’t hide glasses so go all out I say!

I was so excited to see the new Kylie range at Specsavers this week and am now saving as there are at least 2 pairs I really would like.

*I received a voucher for an eye test and glasses for this post but all opinions are my own
